Regarding to the defiance came upon scientists output natural products with potent biological activity from cheap sources and in an attempt recover average of antiproliferative agents, employment fungal metabolite creating a cordial proper process was prerequisite. In present results, metabolites were detected by thin layer chromatography. One isolate out ten isolates bioassayed, showed have most antioxidant, antimicrobial activity; this identified as belonging Aspergillus flavus (A. flavus). Fungal extract A. high free radical scavenging using Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) % low concentration IC50 flavonoid content. The result instrumental analysis GC.Mass illustrates presence different extract. addition, promising activity. Inhibitory against Hepatocellular carcinoma cells under these experimental conditions. This strategy can be further used elicit new age drugs.
